According to data from Blitz.gg, the Sheriff is a potent weapon favored by top-tier players at the Immortal Three level and above. Conversely, less experienced players often opt for the Ghost and Classic sidearms.
In lower ranks, the Ghost and Classic reign supreme, with the former being the most lethal sidearm in all ranks before Immortal Three. From Platinum One to Immortal Two, the Sheriff overtakes the Classic, Frenzy, and Shorty as the sidearm with the second-highest average kills per match.
However, in all ranks below Gold Three, the Classic ranks second based on kills per match.
Mastering the Sheriff can be challenging, especially for novices. A missed shot can result in a punishing experience, but once players hone their skills, they can dispatch enemies with ease using the powerful pistol.
The average kills per match for the Sheriff follow a discernible trend, with players typically not mastering the weapon until around Gold Three. Lower-ranked players still prefer the Classic, while others avoid the Sheriff due to its high risk and low reward.
Experienced Immortal Three and Radiant players can wield the weapon effectively, making it the most potent sidearm in these ranks.
The Sheriff is likely to remain a challenging weapon that requires practice to master, especially for lower-ranked players. However, some inexperienced players may recognize the lethal potential of this deadly hand cannon.
